okpj Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the okpj online betting and gaming platform, accessible at okpj.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by okpj and is intended exclusively for use by eligible adults resident in Bangladesh or otherwise permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okpj. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; (c) you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to be bound by these Terms for the duration of your use of the Platform.

okpj reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the okpj Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. okpj operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any funds in such an account may be withheld pending age verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the okpj Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. okpj makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. You must not use the Platform if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of okpj — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• Your preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number)

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okpj reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one active account on the okpj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using alternate payment method numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okpj will close all duplicate accounts without prior notice, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings within those accounts may be forfeited.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

okpj may require players to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request; when depositing above certain thresholds; when suspicious account activity is detected; or as part of routine compliance checks. Verification documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okpj account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. okpj strongly recommends enabling 2FA for all accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must notify okpj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.2 Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. okpj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to notify us promptly or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own negligence in securing your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information Maintenance

You must promptly update your account details if any of the information you provided during registration changes. This includes, in particular, your email address and mobile number. okpj uses these contact details to communicate important account notifications, security alerts, and verification requests.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An okpj account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. okpj may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 against the remaining balance of an inactive account. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fees being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, log in and contact our support team.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okpj accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels:

• bKash — Mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB digital wallet

okpj may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of any changes to available payment channels via the Platform's announcements section.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on okpj is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Daily and monthly deposit limits may also apply and can be adjusted by contacting our support team or through the responsible gaming settings in your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your okpj balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. In rare cases involving network congestion or payment gateway maintenance, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are prohibited. okpj reserves the right to hold or return funds received from payment accounts that do not match the verified identity of the okpj account holder.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed verification may be required to do so before a withdrawal is processed. okpj reserves the right to request additional documentation at the withdrawal stage, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals to a different payment account or to an account in a different name from the registered player are not permitted.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission, depending on the payment method and the time of request relative to business hours. okpj aims to process all withdrawals on the same day they are requested, subject to verification requirements being met.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no withdrawal fee charged by okpj; however, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus-derived funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus amount. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable, subject to standard verification requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum amount specified on the promotion page at the time of the player's first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins credits, and any other promotional awards — are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum bet sizes per round (when a bonus is active) are published on each individual promotion's dedicated terms page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion they opt into.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

okpj actively monitors player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk; exploitation of technical errors or misconfigured promotion parameters; creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and collusion between players to generate artificial wagering activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, okpj reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant account.

6.4 Promotional Changes

okpj reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not be applied retrospectively to players who have already validly opted in, provided that such players continue to meet all applicable eligibility criteria.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the okpj sportsbook are subject to the general and sport-specific betting rules published in the Rules section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. okpj reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on a market that was suspended at the time of placement.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on okpj cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, ICC Test Championship, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. Cricket-specific rules — including rules on abandoned matches, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and over-reduction scenarios — are published on the Cricket section of the Platform and apply to all cricket bets.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slots available on okpj use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are available on the individual game information panels. okpj is not responsible for any technical malfunction within a third-party game provider's software; in such cases, the provider's own dispute resolution procedures will apply.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for sports betting markets and casino games are displayed within each individual market or game interface. okpj reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual player accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpj Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human instruction
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds/payout parameters to generate artificial winnings
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose, including depositing funds from illegal sources
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law
• Registering or operating more than one account in contravention of Section 2.4 of these Terms
• Providing false personal information, forged identity documents, or misrepresenting your age
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okpj Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any okpj employee, support agent, or fellow player
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okpj Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand identity, game graphics, software code, data structures, promotional materials, written content, and user interface design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of okpj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicence, or otherwise exploit any content from the okpj Platform without express prior written consent from okpj.

10. Privacy & Data

okpj is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at okpj.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, okpj collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify player identities, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. okpj does not sell or rent player data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpj shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss.

okpj's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your okpj account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and regardless of whether okpj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by okpj

okpj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: a player has breached any provision of these Terms; a player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure; or okpj determines at its sole discretion that continued operation of an account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your okpj account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable inactivity fees and pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Accounts closed under the self-exclusion programme are subject to the specific terms of that programme.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. All outstanding bonus balances, free spins, and promotional credits are forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

okpj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the Platform. Where changes are material, okpj will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email or in-Platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the okpj Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with okpj's support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with rules to be notified by okpj, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you are required to contact okpj's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period — no less than 30 days — for the matter to be resolved informally. okpj is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
